En las situaciones internas de un Estado donde el caso penal ha avasallado el sistema jur\u00eddico interno y la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos se ha reducido al m\u00ednimo, el servicio de representaci\u00f3n analiza y dise\u00f1a con adecuaci\u00f3n en los derechos humanos estrategias de protecci\u00f3n ante los sistemas internacionales mediante litigaci\u00f3n para dar opci\u00f3n de salvaguarda a los intereses de quien se representa. Los derechos humanos permean los sistemas penales internos de los Estados para brindar mayor garant\u00eda, all\u00ed interviene este servicio de litigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
